How to use:

1. Apply Whitening Gel to Your Teeth by Painting on Using Your Polar Pen.

2. Attach Mouth Tray to End of Light.

3. Insert into mouth and begin whitening . The light will shut off after 10 minutes. Restart light and continue treatment if desired.
