How to use: To get the light to work for the first time, take plastic off of battery and insert battery into light. Mouth tray attaches to end of light. Silicone mouth trays for 7LED DO NOT need to be molded. Just apply gel to mouth tray and begin whitening process. The light will shut off after 10 minutes. Restart light and continue treatment. The 7 LED is a more powerful light requiring only 15 minutes to get the whitening job done! DO NOT exceed 30 minutes for 35% carbamide peroxide. DO NOT exceed 15 minutes with 12% hydrogen peroxide.
